You can open a ticket directly from the Customer Center or by email at support@rosistem.com. Technical support is handled exclusively through these channels for full traceability of each request.
We release minor updates (bug fixes, improvements) monthly and major updates 2-3 times per year. All updates are notified through the portal and included in the support subscription.

Complete REST API documentation, including the Swagger/OpenAPI specification, is available in the client portal. For custom integrations, our team offers technical onboarding sessions.
