The challenge
In the bakery industry, operational rhythm is dictated by short shelf-life: products move in and out quickly, and wrong rotation produces direct losses. Accounting ran on Nexus ERP, but physical operations had to be digitised to eliminate latency.
The solution
Rosistem Warehouse was deployed on Newland N7 terminals (compact, easy to use in food environments) with bidirectional integration to Nexus ERP. FEFO flows control rotation, and every shipment is validated at dispatch.
