Kraftanlagen — Rosistem Assets on Zebra MC3100 terminals
Fixed-asset and inventory-item tracking at Kraftanlagen, with Rosistem Assets running on Zebra MC3100 enterprise terminals.
Context
An international engineering group doesn't manage "a warehouse" — it manages a continuous flow of equipment leaving HQ for project sites (often hundreds of km away) and returning when the project ends. In between, each item is under a team's responsibility.
What we delivered
Rosistem Assets was configured for a project-based operating model: every movement is tied to a project code, with outbound date, expected return date and responsible team lead. Zebra MC3100 terminals work offline on site — when the team returns to HQ, data syncs automatically. Per-project reports become part of the final dossier delivered to the client.
Operational outcome
- Every item has a "current project" and responsible party at any moment
- Project-end reconciliation runs in hours, not days
- The client dossier automatically includes the equipment used on site
