Context
In an international school, administrative staff turn over frequently, and each year brings external auditors with different requirements — the Ministry of Education, parent-shareholders, the international board. Inventory has to satisfy all of them.
What we delivered
We adapted Rosistem Assets to ISB's nomenclature across concrete categories: classroom furniture, teaching materials (including books by category), lab instruments, sports equipment, conference-room AV. Each category has its own fields, and reports export in whatever format the auditor requires.
